About me

I trained at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and and Northern College of Acupuncture where I received an honours degree in Acupuncture and Tui Na massage.

Growing up my family was considered a bit radical in their approach to healing. We received cranial osteopathy as babies, which although common now was quite unknown about at the time. I had my first acupuncture treatment aged 14 and never looked back. I have found it to be the most comprehensive, and practical approach to health and wellbeing and has been an invaluable support at most stages in my life. My background naturally inspired an interest in naturopathic medicine. I managed a multidisciplinary health clinic in London where I transitioned into being a practitioner myself. Having already received and enjoyed many Acupuncture treatments over the years, it was my most trusted and obvious choice. I went on to study Acupuncture and Tui Na massage at LCTA and NCA and completed my training in 2011.

I currently treat in Hassocks, West Sussex just 15 minutes outside of Brighton. I love supporting people at all stages of life and offer gentle, restorative treatments that nurture the individual's healing capacity. I sometimes incorporate elements of Tui Na Massage into my Acupuncture treatments to sooth the nervous system and deepen relaxation.

Initial consultations are £55 (75mins) and followups are £45 (60mins) thereafter. Tui Na massage is £65 (70mins). There are discount packages available for those with chronic conditions who need weekly treatment. If you are considering treatment or have any questions at all, drop me an email or call to discuss what I can help you with.
